• Backstory: Weapon specialist for the Rascals who was supposed to be with Dexter on the mission when they were betrayed by Cain - but had to stay behind.

  Upon Cain’s return, he claimed that Dexter had died on the mission, but Billy always had doubts. Should he ever discover the truth of Cain's betrayal, his loyalties would be with his former leader, Dexter, even at the cost of Paradox City itself.

  He currently salvages various lost tech in order to develop new weapons systems for The Rascals.

• Personality: Quirky, hyper-active and nerdy, spends most of his time digging through salvage and junk looking for some lost tech he can repurpose.

  He is focused and inquisitive, however, is prone to get lost in thought or distracted by the prospect of new inventions and eureka moments when he figures something out.

  Put simply - he is the brains behind the operation.
